There is a new site for musings that may carry on however. Only time will tell.

Too bad about the Beans and Rice. I had checked it once or twice from James' blog and enjoyed it.
I too know the crushing failure of website fizzle. A couple of years ago, I put a lot of effort into my Garden page, hoping it would become at least a regional forum for gardening, complete with advice forums and all. Never took on, and I was the only pathetic person posting.
Oh well.
